A sick girl under a brand new snuggly quilt.
Rachael helped pick out the i spy fabrics for this quilt out of my stash
and has been patiently waiting for me to finish it.
This quilt measures 55"x 66". And there is two of every block.
I got the inspiration for this quilt from Sarah, when she made this quilt.

Rachael went with me to pick the fabric for the back of her quilt.
She picked this happy striped flannel.
Here is the quilt all folded and snuggly looking.
This also gives me another finished project for March.
Have a great weekend. Off to take care of my sick sweetie pie.

I love it! But of course I do, as a fellow "Rachael" (spelled the correct way, with an "AEL" at the end).
Too cute! I love that you incorporated her name - did you free piece that?
Got my package today - I will post it on my blog - you are the best!!!
What a cute little angel! The blanket looks super fun! (visiting from Spring swap!)
thanks everyone.
Yes Aimee I did free piece the name. The tutorial is from Tonya over at http://lazygalquilting.blogspot.com/

Thanks Aunt spicy, she is an angel, she has been sick for 3 days and hasn't complained once.
Julie, What a great quilt! I'm going to have to make one for my niece. I don't know what's cuter, the quilt or the cutie underneath the quilt!
Here's hoping your little angel feels better soon.
